Recruitment process

Do you see a job that interests you? Don’t hesitate to submit your CV right away as we have an ongoing selection process. Please read the job posting carefully. In your application, we would like you to write a few lines about yourself and what attracts you to the position. If your experience and qualifications match the requirements we’ve outlined, we will contact you for the next steps.

When we make our selections, we verify that your application matches the experience and knowledge requirements presented in the job posting. Examples of requirements can include education, work experience, system requirements, or leadership experience.

If you proceed in the process, you will be contacted for a phone interview. The assessment takes approximately 20 minutes. Here, you will have the opportunity to ask questions, and we will evaluate your suitability based on your interest in the position and the requirements of the role. You typically receive feedback on whether you progress to the next stage within a week.

In the next step, it’s time for a digital interview. This interview delves deeper and takes about 45-60 minutes. Here, we provide more information about the role and the company, focusing on so-called behavior-based questions, based on the qualities requested in the job advertisement. During the interview, we evaluate your ability to, for example, be structured by asking you to recount past situations where you’ve used this skill. The time it takes to receive feedback after the interview depends on the recruitment process, but the recruiter typically provides a rough timeframe at the end of the meeting.

If you are one of those best suited for the position, it’s time to visit the office and meet up with the head of the department where the position is located. Here, you will have the chance to get a feel for the company and dive into the specific tasks. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills and personality. During this meeting, you can ask questions about the position and the prospective team. At this time, we will assess whether you share the company’s and the team’s goals and values.

Lundros always conducts a background check at this stage in the process. A check will not be performed if the candidate has not provided consent. We handle background checks in a professional and discreet manner. No personal data is retained after the check is completed.

In our processes, we also engage in reference checks. We typically request two references, one of which should have been a former supervisor.

Congratulations, you have now successfully navigated through the entire recruitment process, and we will be in touch with a job offer! During that conversation, we will also discuss employment terms and determine a start date. Once we reach an agreement, you will visit the office to sign the offer, or the signing may be done digitally.

Welcome to your new beginning – an exciting career journey with endless opportunities. You will be a great asset to us, and we look forward to working with you towards our shared goals. As we approach your start date, you will be contacted for more detailed information.
