Branschaktuellt continues to grow. The Lundros-owned company is now acquiring a stake in the quotation service BYGG.se as part of its efforts to expand its business directly to consumers.
Sweden’s largest B2B industry magazine in the construction and civil engineering sector, reaching 1.5 million readers annually, has acquired 50 percent of the shares in the quotation service BYGG.se. The service is aimed at private individuals planning to renovate or remodel. This acquisition is seen as a strategic move into the B2C market, also known as business-to-consumer.
Together, the two sites are expected to reach over three million unique visitors annually. The acquisition also means that the BYGG.se site will get expanded content, including reports and entertainment news, further strengthening Branschaktuellt’s digital offering.
